GUEST INFORMATION

House Rules:

  1. Off-limits Areas: Don't enter locked doors and the back garage, as it is an occupied apartment with full-time renters.
     

  2. Smoking: Please keep all smoking outside and away from open doors/windows. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
     

  3. Parties and Social Gatherings: We love a good time, but please no parties or large gatherings. This helps keep our home (and our neighbors) happy! The city of Valparaiso has noise ordinances and curfews for minors. Please visit the website for updated information at ci.valparaiso.in.us
     

  4. Trash and Recycling: Empty all garbage/recycling in the house and place it in the large garbage cans outside by the garage when you leave.
     

  5. Dishes: Start dishwashers and clean dishes prior to check out.
     

  6. Guests: Only the number of guests on the reservation is allowed overnight. Just let us know if something changes!
     

  7. Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, this property is not pet-friendly.
     

  8. Space: Please treat our home with respect—accidents happen, just let us know if something breaks or gets damaged.
     

  9. Lock Up When You Leave: For everyone's safety, please lock all doors and windows when you head out.
